Meet Joe
Joe Kiefer has over 34 years experience in the real
estate world, starting as a licensed Realtor®,
then as the Broker-Owner of J.A. Kiefer Realtors in Haddon Heights, New
Jersey. Most recently Joe served as a title insurance expert for
Congress Title in Cherry Hill and was instrumental in creating the
"Congress College" training program. A former
Realtor of the Year and past president of Camden County Board of
Realtors, Joe is currently an instructor at The Real Estate School in
Cherry Hill.

Meet Rich
Rich has lived his entire life in the immediate
area and has resided in Audubon for 40 years. By educating seniors
about reverse mortgages, he has gained an appreciation of the
difficulties of advancing age and dwindling resources. Rich has a
background of over 40 years in land development engineering , planning
and land surveying. As a licensed land surveyor and planner for 32
years, Rich understands real estate issues.
Rich is an officer and activities organizer in
the Haddon Heights Business & Professional Association. For more
than 20 years, ha has been deeply committed to making Station Avenue
and the other town business districts flourish. Rich’s community
involvement includes the fire company, rescue squad, centennial
committee, cub and boy scouts, church choir and council. He has been
an active member of St. Rose Church for more than 40 years. |
Meet Steve
Steve Chambers has been
in the Real estate business for 42 years. Many of those years as a
salesperson, broker, manager and owner of his own Real estate office.
In addition, Steve has been a licensed Real estate Instructor in the
state of New Jersey for over 25 years. Additionally he holds
the prestigious Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) designation.
